After graduating from medical school, I started preparing for USMLE exams. I completed USMLE Step-1 successfully. Dev and I got married, and we moved to the U.S. I continued to support our growing family while Dev focused on professional training. I have seen Dev’s struggles during residency training due to the need for more understanding of the health systems sciences and clinical practice expectations. We always talked about finding ways to support others on their journey and beyond. When he came up with this vision of supporting clinicians, I was more than ready to be a part of it.

I oversee the organization’s operations, innovations, and finance-related aspects. It is my honor and pleasure to be a part of this organization.
