Residency Mock Interviews are conducted by Dr. Devendranath Mannuru, MD, CHCQM-PHYADV, CPXP. Individual topic related courses will be conducted by Dr.Devendranath Mannuru, Md, CHCQM-PHYADV, CPXP. Boot camp sessions will be conducted by Dr. Devendranath Mannuru, MD, CHCQM-PHYADV, CPXP. Dr.Phadke, MD, FACP, FASN will support the delivery of few course modules during the bootcamp sessions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value flexibility and understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to accommodate unexpected situations while maintaining fair business practices.

Standard Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)

If you need to cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice:

• Full Refund: You will receive a complete refund minus credit card processing fees
• Alternative Option: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours before your scheduled session:

• Partial Refund Option: 50% of the session fee will be refunded
• Alternative Option: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost

Rescheduling Guidelines

• Limit: One reschedule permitted per booking
• Process: Submit all reschedule requests via email to registration@clinicalpracticeskills.org
• Important: Cancelling a rescheduled session will result in a 50% refund only, regardless of notice period

• All refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable

Due to unforeseen circumstances if you have to switch from virtual to in person or vice-versa, the accomodation of this request is dependent on the availability of a slot.
