Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)
If you need to cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice:

• Full Refund: You will receive a complete refund minus credit card processing fees
• Alternative Option: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours before your scheduled session:

• Partial Refund Option: 50% of the session fee will be refunded
• Alternative Option: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost
• How to Cancel: Email registration@clinicalpracticeskills.org

Rescheduling Guidelines
• Limit: One reschedule permitted per booking
• Process: Submit all reschedule requests via email to registration@clinicalpracticeskills.org
• Important: Cancelling a rescheduled session will result in a 50% refund only, regardless of notice period

Refund Processing
• All refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
