Gautam Phadke is a Consultant Nephrologist at Metrolina Nephrology Associates and Atrium Health, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been in clinical practice since July 2011.


Dr. Phadke completed his residency training from University of North Dakota School Of Medicine, Nephrology training from University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. His interests are Kidney Transplantation, Glomerular diseases and Hypertension.

In his role as Assistant Professor of Medicine, Internal Medicine from 2011-2019 at University of North Dakota School of Medicine; Dr. Phadke was in-charge of medical student training, residency training in department of Nephrology. He is well-published in the fields of Internal Medicine and Nephrology and has worked with several of his medical students, residents and Co-faculty to publish scientific material of excellent quality in journals with good impact factor.
